Rodney Burt – Director
Talk to me about Temp Front of House

Rodney Burt first started in hospitality at Meon Valley Golf and Country Club as a kitchen porter and ended up going in to Hotel Management Training with Meon Valley Golf and Country Club, whilst completing the Hotel Management Training Rodney worked in all departments in the Hotel.

Rodney helped set up New York Pizza Company and Barkers Wine Bar in Winchester, moving on to Queens Moat House Hotel (now the Winchester Hotel) as F&B Manager, then moved to Botley Park in 1992 as Restaurant Manager, in 1993 Rodney then moved to the Hilton in Southampton and progressed to Deputy General Manager.

In 1998 Rodney entered the word of Hospitality Recruitment for Blue Arrow and progressed from Consultant to Business Director for South of England. Rodney also spent 3 years from 2003 – 2006 working for independent agencies.

Jadon Connis – Director

Jadon has spent the last 24 years working in many sectors of the Hospitality industry. He started his Training at the age of 15 working for the Trust house Forte brand as a hotel porter moving swiftly into the kitchen in his first commis position whilst studying at Catering college.

Over the years Jadon has worked for Many brands from Whitbread, Marriott International and Fullers, Smith and Turner to just Name a few. Jadon’s career has taken him into Group Executive chef roles, Moving to an operation role as GM of an independent boutique hotel and spending 5 years as a hospitality chef Lecturer at Southampton City college back where it all started for Jadon 23years ago!

Mike Carter – Director

Mike has worked in the Hospitality & Leisure Industry over 19 years, working in many departments gaining experience working across different sectors, such as Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs & Bars, Night Clubs, Cruise Ships, Health & Leisure Clubs.

Mike has now put his knowledge of working in the Hospitality and Leisure sectors to good use by specialising in the recruitment of passionate, dedicated candidates for Senior Positions in Front of House & Kitchen Brigades.

Specialising in Hotels, Restaurants, Gastro Pubs through to award winning AA-rosette and Michelin star restaurants and other unique and stunning properties.
